Since this is my own personal blog (still not used to the fact) I am going to talk about something that I love, and one of the biggest parts of my life. Dance. Since I was small, I have always loved to dance. My parents enrolled me to help with my weak ankles, but soon saw what an amazing outlet it was for me. I competed with a competitive team up until the age of 14. Jazz, ballet, and tap, have all been part of me. To this day I use dance as a form of exercise and relies. When I listen to a song on the radio I don’t just hear the song, I am choreographing a routine in my head. When I watch a movie and am home alone, I dance to the movie’s soundtrack.
Dance allows me to release tension in ways that a massage can’t. When I am at a dead end or stand still creatively I simply turn on some music because no matter what I will never run out of inspiration there. Dance is a reminder to myself that I am expressive and strong.

Experience, that's what we sell

Experience, that's what we sell. I've have always noticed when walking into a restaurant what kind of lighting they have there. Lighting always makes such a difference when it comes to a restaurant. It sets the tone, the mood, and it sets it apart from the crappy lighting they have at home town buffet. Atmosphere, that’s what important. You can tell if a place has a good atmosphere or not just by walking inside, you really don’t need to be a design expert to recognize it. This is why places like Starbucks, or yogurt land excel. They have this cheap product that everybody finds enjoyable, and create an atmosphere that is welcoming and relaxing. They take into account things such as lighting, space, color, everything! When was the last time you walked into a yogurt land or chipotle that had crappy lighting and not an open floor plan? Precisely!
